How can I make sure I’m getting the hotel’s best rate?
We guarantee that the rates found through our official website are the lowest in comparison to other online sources for same day searches. If you find a lower rate, please contact us and we will gladly match it upon verification.

Do you have parking available?
Parking is available adjacent to our oceanfront hotel for a fee that varies by season.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 3 days before 4 p.m. on day of arrival. Cancellations within the 3 day cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. No refunds. 

What if I need to check-out early?
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Guests may change their departure date without penalty at the time of check-in. An early departure fee of one half night’s room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their confirmed departure date.

Do you accept credit cards?
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel accepts all major credit cards.

What time is check-in?
Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check out time is 11 am. If late check-out is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Can I request a special room or room location?
Generally, our Charleston hotel cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Do you allow pets?
The Palms Oceanfront Hotel does not allow pets.

Is the hotel smoke-free?
Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
